Camarines Norte In Retrospect: Some Preliminary Notes

An eloquent note of the history of the province of Camarines Norte viewed from the chronicles of bounty of Gold and thriving Cabiceras, the richness of religious practices and the dramas of the marauding Moros, and most importantly, the valiant uprisings for freedom with the banners of three distinguished Camnorteños namely Jose Maria Panganiban, Gen. Vicente Lukban, Wenceslao Q. Vinzons along with every unsung heroes through different key periods of history.  

Mr. Abel C. Icatlo graciously angled all of its context to be of service as basis to jump-start a more comprehensive research by providing a guide to all local historians, educators, cultural workers most especially the next generations of inheritors to pursue and fill in the puzzles of archival recordings and resource of our beloved home, the Hilagang Kamarines.
